PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Terry Tracy has twenty-nine years of experience with six architectural firms, designing and drafting plans for many residential projects of both multi-unit and single family. Terry has been a project architect on a wide variety of commercial projects including wineries, office buildings, manufacturing plants, clean rooms, parkind structures, restaurants, and retail stores. Terry has extensive knowledge of engineering, code compliance, construction drawings, and AutoCAD modeling. He works to blend practical, but innovative, designs with energy conscious solutions.

PERSONAL

Terry lives in Napa with his wife Nancy and their daughter Sarah. They enjoy bike riding, skiing, and watching Sarah's soccer and tennis games. They are currently doing a major remodel on their own house which involves lifting the house 17 inches!
