Twenty-Five years experience with six architectural firms. Completed many residential projects both multi-unit and single family. Designed and drafted plans for office buildings, manufacturing plants, clean rooms, parking structures, restaurants, and retail stores. Extensive knowledge of engineering, code compliance, construction drawings, and autocad modeling.

Terry lives in Napa with his wife Nancy and their daughter Sarah. They enjoy bike riding, skiing, and watching Sarah's soccer games. They are currently doing a major remodel on their own house which involves lifting the house 17 inches!
